My Mental Training Activities for Table Tennis
Since November 2023, I’ve been collaborating with the VTTL (the Dutch-speaking wing of the Table Tennis Federation). This comes after working for several years with the French-speaking wing in Blegny. I continue, of course, to provide individualized support and collaborate with certain clubs, such as Logis Auderghem. It’s always a great pleasure to collaborate in this sport. Having myself played table tennis on the national youth team (and in the superdivision at Logis), I began my career as a sports psychologist in France in 2003, where I was hired as a mental trainer for a PRO A club and its youth academy.
