Mental training sport

Support consultations for athletes are first an opportunity to benefit from support in their particular life as a high-level athlete, then to prepare psychologically for competitions. I work in both individual and team sports. I mainly work with adults and teenagers, but I developed also experience with children

A first line of work is to ensure a balance between sport life, private and family life in particular, and to maintain both motivation in difficult times and positive communication with the coach. I attach great importance to the post-career (“plan B” for the young elites, retraining for the pros).

The second line of work is to prepare athletes for the competitions: attention management (concentration), self-confidence, combativeness, … I teach them or consolidate ways to manage stress and pressure, as well as to recover physically and mentally after intense training and competition.
