For sports psychology and mental preparation consultations, support is generally spread over a minimum of 5 sessions, sometimes over 10. It is also possible to be followed in the long term. At first, the sessions follow each other with an interval of 15 days, then 3 weeks, then 1 month. This is variable according to each one. The objective is to clearly define the needs (assessment) in order to then propose an intervention adapted to the situation.
