I have developed my clinical experience and psychotherapy since 2001 in a mental health center (Le Sas), in Psychological Center Consultations (Chan-Tiers asbl, then Psycho-Dumon), in a hospital environment ( Universitair Brugmann Hospital ULB , Hospital “La petite Maison”) and in a treatment center (L’Orée day center asbl, Treatment center “Le Solbosch”, …), and I have also worked in prevention and health promotion (Prospective Jeunesse).

I am also a coordinator at Psychostress, a stress and anxiety management center in Brussels.

As a trainer and teacher in the clinical field, I was able to teach different subjects, such as the management of stress, anxiety and burnout in general medicine, as well as depression (for the University Free of Brussels and Gent University, 2006-2020), interview techniques (since 2021, Free University of Brussel), prevention and management of addictions (Prospective Jeunesse), motivational interview for teams, etc.

I have to my credit several university and continuing education courses acquired since 2002 and I published in this context several scientific articles.

Between 2002 and 2004, I trained at the University of Montreal, where I studied and then developed the integrative approach. I combine the cognitive-behavioral approach and psychoanalysis, with psycho-bodily techniques.
